OGS PARKING LOT**
(Elk St. & North Swan St.)
Directions from NYS Thruway (Exit 23) to Rt. 787: Take 787 North to Exit 4 (Downtown Exit to Broadway). At light, take a left turn and at the next light take a right on to Broadway. This will bring you to an intersection where you will take a left on State Street. Go WEST on State St. and travel Five (5) Blocks (following the roadway) until you reach North Swan St. Take a right on North Swan Street. The OGS Parking Lot will be about 2.5 blocks down the road. COST: $5

C.S.E.A PARKING LOT
**Note: If OGS Parking Lot is Full, proceed WEST on Elk St. to the C.S.E.A Parking Lot. It is about 1.5 blocks WEST on Left Side, just above Dove St. This lot is one (1) block from the Armory. COST: $7

Directions from NYS Thruway (Exit 24) East Bound on I-90 Boston/Troy off Exit 5/Everett Rd: Take Right at traffic light, drive two (2) blocks and take a left on Central Ave/ Rt. 5. Travel east bound approximately 12 blocks to North Swan Street. Take a left on Swan St. and the OGS Parking Lot will be approximately 1.5 blocks down the road.

Meeting Facilities
Meeting facilities at Washington Avenue Armory provide the premier location for your conference, convention, or event. The Northway, the New York State Thruway, Interstate 90, Interstate 787, Interstate 88, and the Massachusetts Turnpike are conveniently accessible to the New York State Capital, Albany, New York. Albany is within three hours of New York City, Boston, Syracuse, Rochester, Hartford and Montreal. Albany's vibrant economy insures that you will have the ultimate of all the support services that your event requires in order that participants are fully prepared to achieve their goals and meet their objectives.
The Patroon Room
The Patroon Room located on the main concourse of Washington Avenue Armory features approx. 15,000 square feet without bleachers* (10,000 square feet with bleachers) of convention style space that can accommodate up to 4,000 in a theater or convention type setting. The completely renovated Patroon Room was built in 1891 in a castle-like setting and is equipped with a state-of-the-art Bose sound system, halide lighting system, and a 40' x 60' stage.

Executive Parlors
The five Executive Parlors provide for a comfortable and relaxed choice for meetings, planning, or training. Five parlors on the facility's 2nd level offer rooms of various sizes: 192 square feet, 204 square feet, 304 square feet, and two rooms of 1,950 square feet each for a total of 4,600 square feet of meeting and catering space on this floor alone.
Conference Meeting Rooms
The ten full-service Conference Rooms on the facility's third level afford the ultimate flexibility for getting down to business. Ten professionally appointed rooms combine for up to 4,700 square feet of presentation space or as small as 200 square feet for a more intimate setting. The Conference Meeting Rooms offer a comfortable and upscale setting for important or private meetings.
15 Parlors and Conference Meeting Rooms combine for 9,300 square feet along with the Patroon Room's approx. 15,000 square feet provides a total of 24,300 square feet of meeting space for your convention and conference needs.
